寒潮来袭影响菜价 上月南京CPI同比涨0.6%

据国家统计局南京调查队发布数据,2020年12月份,南京居民消费价格同比上涨0.6%(CPI为100.6)。其中,食品价格上涨3.4%。2020年全年,南京居民消费价格上涨2.4%。与上月相比,南京居民消费价格上涨0.6%,食品价格由降转升,上涨2.8%,拉动价格总水平上涨0.51个百分点,其中猪肉、鲜菜价格反弹对拉升食品价格起到主要作用。与上月价格比较,南京猪肉价格环比连续四个月下跌后,12月转为上涨6.6%,拉升价格总水平0.2个百分点。记者了解到,年末猪肉消费进入传统旺季,制作香肠、腊肉等腌制食品拉动猪肉需求,同时生猪养殖户预期疫情影响下猪肉进口放缓,节前观望惜售,市场供给阶段性偏紧。自11月末,猪肉价格开始连续上涨,猪后腿肉、猪肋条肉、猪大排、猪小排价格分别上涨10.7%、8.5%、5.3%、2.1%,每千克月均价分别为53.0元、59.0元、54.7元、59.6元。因寒潮来袭,鲜菜生产、运输受到影响,价格快速上行,环比上涨7.7%。调查的29种鲜菜价格“18涨10降1平”,其中青椒、青菜、冬瓜价格涨幅均超30%,平菇、豆角、茄子等价格上涨也较为明显。

此外,受原材料价格上涨的影响,市场主流品牌食用植物油价格短期内上调,食用油价格整体上涨3.0%。调查的超市食用调和油、大豆油上涨近5%,部分品牌5L装每桶价格上调10元左右。汽、柴油价格上调,月均价环比分别上涨5.3%、5.7%。部分航线淡季下调价格,带动飞机票价格整体回落,环比下跌11.4%。旅游出行以及租房需求仍呈现明显的淡季特点,价格保持回落态势。

与上年同月比较,食品价格同比恢复上涨,涨幅为3.4%。食品中,鲜菜价格上涨13.6%,涨幅较上月收窄0.2个百分点;豆制品、食用油价格上涨17.6%、5.6%;牛肉、羊肉、水产品价格分别上涨1.6%、9.0%、4.2%;猪肉价格下降3.2%,降幅收窄11.3个百分点,拉动价格总水平下跌0.11个百分点;鸡和鸡蛋价格分别下降15.8%和11.2%,降幅分别收窄8.7和6.7个百分点。非食品中,交通价格下降5.8%,降幅收窄1.8个百分点,其中汽、柴油价格分别下降14.9%、16.3%,降幅分别收窄3.1和3.4个百分点;金饰品价格上涨25.2%,拉升价格总水平0.15个百分点。(融媒体记者黄琳燕 通讯员 李函育)
